Divorce attorney Nancy Segore-Freshman has more than 25 years of family law experience and was instrumental in bringing divorce mediation to Connecticut in the early 1980s. She is now among Connecticut's foremost collaborative divorce attorneys. In addition, Attorney Segore-Freshman has worked extensively with children in regard to divorce proceedings. She is licensed to practice law in New York and Connecticut and is a member of the New York State, Connecticut and American Bar Associations (Family Law Section), as well as the American Academy of Family Mediators and the Connecticut Council of Divorce Mediators.

Connecticut family law attorney and real estate lawyer Louise A. McGlynn has more than 15 years of legal experience and has extensive training in collaborative law and divorce meditation. Attorney McGlynn also has significant experience in the area of real estate law, including commercial and residential transactions. She is licensed to practice law in New York and Connecticut and is a member of the Fairfield County, Connecticut and American Bar Associations, as well as the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the Collaborative Divorce Group of Connecticut.

Each of our family attorneys is an active member of the community. Ms. Segore-Freshman has served as chair for the State of Connecticut Make-a-Wish Foundation. Ms. McGlynn is a member of the Connecticut Domestic Violence Task Force.
